Training requests are fulfilled on virtual platform to allow interaction with your claims staff wherever they are located. In-person trainings may be available. Claim reviews and recommendations are provided to your claims staff electronically to allow faster turnaround. Hourly rates for reviewing claims and providing recommendations allow the nature and scope of the review to be limited to as many or as few issues and questions you wish based on the material provided by your claim professional.
